ENVIRONMENTAL ANNOUNCEMENT / CONFLICT MATERIAL
In the Democratic Republic of Congo and neighboring countries (hereinafter referred to as DRC countries) east called "conflict zone" areas, some of the mineral extraction process of the violence and the issue of human rights violations by the international community more and more attention.
Based on the respect to the human rights, MY-Semi hereby declares:
* MY-Semi cooperates with our suppliers and will not, for humanitarian reasons, knowingly use raw materials such as tin, tungsten, gold or tantalum mined in the Democratic Republic of Congo or neighboring countries experiencing armed conflict.
* If we discover the use of such conflict minerals in any material, parts or components in our products provided by our suppliers, we will implement an urgent action plan to eliminate the use of such materials.
MY-Semi will continue to focus on this topic and expect to reduce the impact of human rights violations and environment due to the use of the conflict minerals, to fulfill our social responsibility.
