MY-Semi's formal statement to Macroblock's patent infringement lawsuit
MY-Semi Inc. declared its disagreement with Macroblock’s legal actions and will fully defend itself. MY-Semi strongly advocated intellectual property protection and will continue to respect other innovators and their technologies as we have always done.
Founded in 2009, MY-Semi had continued to focus on innovative design and technology developing and has applied for more than 10 patents in Taiwan and other countries. MY9262 is under independent developing by MY-Semi. And in order to protect our IPR of creative design and technology, we have proposed to apply for a patent in Taiwan (2009).
